Story : The pressure is mounting for Julie as her trial period as ward sister comes to an end. Difficult patients, incompetent staff and domestic problems all contribute to making this a day from hell. Meanwhile, Steve is proved right when an apparently straightforward case turns out to be something far more sinister.
