Story : Speed Buggy wins a trip to go to race in Bulgonia. Baron Vulch plants a bug in the trunk. Vulch lets out Mata Cari, whom Speed Buggy falls in love with. Will the gang find Speed Buggy before that race and before Vulch and his sidekick captures him?
