Story : Goku's Traffic Safety (悟空の交通安全, Gokuu no Koutsuu Anzen) is a 1988 public service video that aired in Japan that promoted Traffic Safety. It was aired on TV between shows as a public service announcement and distributed to schools as a safety demonstration video.
