Story : While Carlo manages to foil an attempted suicide at the Colosseum, strengthening his popularity as a candidate for mayor of Rome, at home his son Giovanni is busy organizing a party. Here, he meets Giorgia, a singer with whom he establishes an immediate harmony. Meanwhile, the marriage of the pharmacist Annalisa seems to have come to an end, and for Carlo there seems to be the first real chance to win her heart.
