Story : In Detroit, Rodney comes to the rescue when a man with a gun confronts Sonja about his booted car. At the impound lot in Philly, a young man, desperate to retrieve his Cadillac "love boat" enlists the help of his outraged mother, and hottie ticket-writer Gina gets a lot of attention on South Street, but has to dish out some tough love.
