Story : Franklin and his friends have always enjoyed watching the annual Woodland parade, but this year, some of them are actually going to be in it, riding their bikes. At least, that was the plan, until Franklin thinks big and suggests that they create their own float. They create the Mothership One and load it up with gimmicks, only to find that it won't even move.
