Story : In the restaurant Gordon takes on the challenge of cooking one of Janet's veal calves for 50 vegetarians who want to try meat again. Gordon also goes sky-fishing for puffin off the cliffs of Iceland and returns to Rangers Football Club to teach them how to cook a poached chicken.
