Story : Dr. Stillwell creates the Scorpion on J. Jonah Jameson's behalf to capture Spider-Man. The Scorpion attacks Spider-Man, who escapes. However, the Scorpion's evil nature takes over as his strength increases which causes him to go after Jameson.
