Story : Spike meets Lopaka during a surf competition, and the two boys soon become rivals. Kerava tries to keep the peace between them as they both train for an upcoming tournament. Lopaka learns that a big wave will soon flood the island, and a disbelieving Spike refuses to come out of the water.
