Story : Simone and Sipowicz investigate the death of a woman who is found stabbed in her apartment. They get a quick confession but everything is not as it seems. Medavoy and Kirkendall hunt the killer of a cycle messenger who gets shot while apparently trying to catch a thief. Sipowicz gets a visit from his physician, but is not pleased about it.
