Story : Hugo Strange creates a AI database called DAVE (Digitally Advanced Villain Emulator), encoded with the minds of Gotham's greatest criminals, in order to better predict their crimes. However, DAVE breaks free and proclaims himself to be "Gotham's ultimate criminal mastermind".
