Story : Old 'Picky Nicky' Inspector Nicholas is coming to conduct Chuggington Depot's annual inspection. The chuggers swing into action getting things ready. Emery has a day off and really wants to help. He bosses everyone about and generally gets in the way. An exasperated Vee sends him to the station to wait for the Inspector. Emery finds a young woman there.
