Story : Maverick luxury property developer Guy Phoenix is tipped off about a plot for sale for his next big project: a spectacular new multi-million-pound 'glass castle', but first he needs to demolish the existing house in rural Nottinghamshire. He also decides to buy the house next door to his own, to create a 'mini' superhome.
