Story : Eri, a girl with psionic powers, is carried away by Mold Bambara, one night. He is gathering kids with special powers in order to form a Fantom Youth Corps. Goro saves her and brings her to the Youth League base, but she is under the control of Mold Bambara. She plants a bomb at the base then disappears…
