Story : New York City Detective Patrick O'Flanagan comes to Ocean City to extradite a mercenary terrorist-bomber and will stop at nothing to get his man. When the terrorist escapes, O'Flanagan goes looking for him and Bronk is faced with a desperate double manhunt.
