Story : When an object from space falls in Chilly Beach, everyone picks up what they want. Frank takes the plutonium that was in it. The USA thinks that Frank is using it to create Weapons Of Mass Destruction. The US gives Chilly Beach 48 hours to hand over the bomb, so Frank has to create a bomb and hand it over or Chilly Beach will be blown up quicker then Dale drinks a two-four.
