Story : Mr. Turner has disappeared and the class has Miss Tip, a new substitute teacher. Birch suspects a plot against Mr. Turner and starts a resistance movement against Miss Tip. Birch learns that Miss Tip is a good friend of Mr. Turner and is actually very nice. But the resistance movement is already so big that Birch can no longer stop it.
