Story : After breaking his glasses and then suffering through endless taunting by Wanda, Brent bites the bullet and tries out laser eye surgery. Hank displays an unusual talent for writing slogans, and Davis and Karen decide to use one on the Dog River Police cruiser, which causes Oscar to take matters into his own hands to remedy the situation.
