Story : Max convinces the Chief of taking Fang out of retirement after some Control agents are killed by their own dogs. Each of those agents had left their pets at an animal spa while they were travelling. What they ignored was that the animals were being brainwashed before being returned to their owners. When Fang goes MIA Max disobeys orders and goes after him which causes the Chief to go rescue Max.
