Story : Joe has a new partner, Lt. Chris Drucker, while Bill recovers from the flu. Joe and Chris go undercover as a pair of casual gamblers, then place their winnings in an envelope for evidence. The problem? $100 goes missing from the envelope, and Drucker says Joe took it.
