Story : T.C. Callaway befriends Kenny Slaughter, an up and coming champion surfer who is being pressured by Rip Cutter, a ruthless manufacturer of surfboards. Monica, being undercover with T.C., evokes jealousy from Chris, while the others pool their money to see who can bust the dumbest criminal among the mob at the Surf Week.
