Story : Aine finds it increasingly difficult to cope with her son Tommy and reacts in a shocking and distressing way. Meanwhile, Cathy deliberately keeps Julia waiting in reception for their meeting. This backfires on Cathy when Dan invites Julia to dinner and sweet-talks her into taking a more permanent position in the Clinic.
