Story : Former Japanese military officer Yato Mitsuki escapes from a mental hospital in Hawaii, and Steele and Lopaka are hired to find him, but time is running out - Mitsuki has amnesia so he does not remember that World War II is over and he may cause a second Pearl Harbor disaster.
