Story : Lassie and Caesar, an Army homing pigeon that Timmy nurses back to health, get so attached to each other that when he is returned to the Army, she refuses to eat, and Caesar frees himself to return to his collie friend. So Timmy decides to see if the Army will let him buy the bird.
