Story : When a suspected space lab burglar, Mr. Glitch, is taken in for questioning, he drops a stolen microchip into a goldfish bowl, where it is swallowed by Lassard's pet goldfish Finnegan. After Glitch is let go for lack of evidence, it's a race between cops and robbers to find the chip, after Finnegan is accidentally sent down the drain.
