Story : It is evening and time to go to bed. Each Plonster climbs into bed and reads a bit of his book. After that the lights are turned off and they go to sleep. But soon after Plif and Plops wake up because Plummy is shouting so loud. They calm him down and discover that he has been having a terrible nightmare. They put a teddy bear in his arms and go back to sleep. But Plummy is now as happy as a sandboy and cannot even think of sleeping anymore. What now? Plif and Plops have to turn themselves into sheep so that Plummy can count them and fall asleep. And it works! Plummy sleeps deeply and snores very loudly. The other can only fall asleep after they've made themselves some ear plugs.
