Story : Wishing to get the most he can out of his time, Cyborg installs a special Max-7 chip into his head which throws him into overdrive, allowing him to do a lot of things, very fast. But when the self-copying Billy Numerous starts stealing everything in town, even the Max-7 may not be enough to stop him.
