Story : Quasim and Naila Suhail, owners of the Lawn Guest House near Gatwick, host the third day of the hospitality challenge. Everything seems to be going well for them when a karting afternoon brings a sense of competition to the group, but they are unprepared for the comments on the feedback forms.
