Story : On the Isle of Wight owner and professional chef Ben Cooke shows his guests how to make gravlax and the vodka-based shot, Akavit. After being split in to two teams to cure their salmon, tensions soar and the competition heats up between Steve and Bev and Stephen from Old Hall House. The awkward relationship between the three is made worse over dinner when Bev's attempts to get to know Stephen better are met with a frosty response.
