Story : Kyoroch is freed because of Night Raid, which strengthens the Revolutionary Army's power. In this dire situation, Commander-in-chief Budoh and the minister's son, Shura, join the fight against Night Raid. Meanwhile, Night Raid infiltrates the capital yet again. Tatsumi and Lubbock go after Minister Onest in the palace by sneaking in with the help of one of the Revolutionary Army's spies.
