Story : As the Freemums expand, almost all the Minimum Holders in Japan have gathered in Yokohama. They request that Yokohama become a special district for Minimum Holders and threaten the government with their abilities. Meanwhile, Nice and Murasaki learn about Boss and Koneko's shared past with Hajime.
