Story : Cesar works with a couple who are concerned that their daughter’s pit bull, Luna, has become a menace to the family. He then works with a makeup artist and hairstylist whose Sheltie, Belle, barks constantly whenever she picks up a blow-dryer, curling iron, or other small appliance, preventing her from having clients come to her home.
