Story : Tarek and Christina spot an interesting property with an attractive backyard structure in Long Beach, California. Because the house is currently tenant-occupied, they must make their decision without the benefit of personally inspecting the property. Tarek and Christina make a deal to buy the property, but when they arrive as the new owners, they are shocked by what they find.
