Story : Tarek gets a lead on a house in Buena Park, CA, and calls Christina to check it out. When they arrive at the house, they find that it's dated inside and out and requires much more work than they'd hoped. As the renovation continues, Christina struggles to tell Tarek she wants to sell the house they lived in together because the news could send their flip off the rails.
