Story : Hendry Grant, a renouned gunfighter is hired by cattle baron, Andy Gorman to kill Billy the Kid and thereby establish Gorman's power over John Tundall in Lincoln county. Garrett, a longtime acquaintance of Grant's tries to prevent the showdown. However, a tragic chain of events leads Billy and Grant to a showdown.
