Story : Motu patlu are appointed as hawaldars by Commissioner Bubblegum. On their first day at work, a thief tricks them and escapes. He disguises as Chingam and tells Motu Patlu that the thief is roaming around furfurinagar disguised as Commissioner Bubblegum.
