Story : Marco tests the girls again as he teaches a master class in how to prepare partridge. A few customers test Marco's patience by visiting the pass and maitre d' Nick Munier tells them to either enjoy their food or leave the restaurant, causing their dining companions to try their luck at the pass with Marco.
