Story : Tae Joon and the team find out that the culprit is among the police. Roy runs into the Ghost who appeared to kill Lieutenant Park at the hospital. The team members want to stop the investigation as they learn that the Commissioner is behind the case. However, Tae Joon plans a trap to deceive the Commissioner.
