Story : McCoy plays a waiting game using 80 million dollars worth of heroin as bait for "Mr. Big" while also continuing to look into the murders of Mayor Henry Li and Tran, a kid caught up in the gangster world of Asian drug importations. Meanwhile, Vince and Gerry's relationship takes off as Gerry fights through memories of her past as a sex worker triggered by a friend, Dee, who can't escape her own tainted past on the streets.
